Depending on the time of your visit, be prepared to wait for a sales rep to get to you in the firearms area. That said, once the rep is with you, you have a companion until checking out. Not my first purchase here and I always check online or through a phone call about the items I'm after before going online. DE also offers a service/warranty plan with the firearms they sell, which can be a good thing if you bought a Kel-Tec and use it for a hammer. Got a reasonable price for a newly released Springfield and can't wait to put it through some cycles.
So I am new to guns and my friend wanted to do a refresher shooting session and we decided to head to DE Guns. First time at this range and I would like to stress how comfortable I felt being outdoors and having Cody as our Range Safety Officer. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Just purchased my bride's anniversary gift. When I found it for less on another site I sent email to cancel. This outdoor shooting complex is very nice and great for private groups. Each area is surrounded by 30' hills/burms in the shape of a U. Bullets that miss targets are safely embedded deep into the dirt mounds. Aside from shooting Deguns is the largest store in the Midwest that sells both new and used guns, ammunition and every add on accessory possible. Our safety guy was super nice and helpful! Best outdoor shooting experience! Thank you!
They've been very helpful. I'm now a first-time gun owner. Shane have been very helpful in helping me assist in finding a handgun. He recommended the Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro and went into depth as to why this gun is perfect for me. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and has great customer service skills. One of the other associates, Tony, was very polite and helped me out with questions that I had. I would recommend this place to everyone.
On more than one occasion, I’ve placed online orders on items that I felt were great deals. The orders were processed then refunded on both occasions. When I returned to the website, the price had increased greatly. I understand there may have been a pricing mistake once, however, twice it seems more like intentional bait and switch. If there are legitimate website glitches, they need to consider getting a better web manager. Not a good look.
This was one of best and largest gun stores. They are a little slow and not like a big box store. But when they get to you, they stay with you until your done. The selection of weapons was surprising. They had large selection of ammo as well.
They even sell life time warranty on the firearms they sell.
They stock IWI which surprised me alone with wide selection of silencers.
